Well the episode was great!!
First we saw the confrontation with Locke and Richard. We now know that he is recruiting people... and Richard will not be part of that team! He is bad and selfish and now he is trying to control Sawyer. I know Sawyer is not that dumb but now he after Julliet's death he is kinda weak and Locke is taking advantage from that.
Sun, Lapidus, Ilana, & Ben bury Old Locke plus Ben's line: "I'm sorry I murdered you" in front of them was Awesome! ( I love Ben Linus ).
